Through GIL, I have worked at ONGC and Oil INDIA LIMITED sites in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. As a Mud Logger held coring, detected gas, detected hydrocarbon shows, described lithology, prepared Mud logs, made well reports with quality control. Prepared MLU with sensors and cables on trip tanks, rig floor, draw works, standpipe, mud pumps and shale shakers. Set up the unit and networking to Geologists Cabin and Company man’s Cabin. Acquisition of the Drilling data from all sensors and from formation cuttings and generating Mud logs based on lithology as per the request from Client. Was checking all equipment’s and troubleshooting and advised the repair or asking for new from town. Made the inventory for the unit and supervised movement to and from well site.
MONITORING:
Pumping data (SPM, SPP, LAG TIME, and LAG STROKE). Mud data (mud vol, mud wt., mud temp, mud
cond, and trip tank). Drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, RPM, WOH and Torque etc.) for signs of imbalance during drilling down hole. Monitoring of Wellbore filling parameters during all trips.
GAS DETECTION:
Continuous separation of hydrocarbon gases c1, c2, c3, ic4, nc4 and c5. Prepare gas ratio plot to obtain formation production capacity. Monitor signs of kick and gas incoming.
SAMPLING:
Collect the drilled samples at specified lagged intervals and washing, sieving and drying followed by packing and labelling. Microscopic examination of samples and their interpretation with calcareous and fluorescence test. Handling of core samples which include recovery, orientation sampling (packing & sealing).
DATA/REPORT:
Preparing well logs and final well reports, which include Well completion report, Master log, D'exp plot, shale density & shale factor plots, drilling and mud parameters, bit details, gas analysis data, casing & cementation data, and DPR. Organize the well control data for interpretation and future planning. Prepare required core logs and reports.
SENSORS:
Installation, Operation, Maintenance, Calibration and Troubleshooting of different Equipment’s and sensors of Mud logging unit.
Determination of shale density, shale factor.
PROJECT/REPORT/PUBLICATION:
I have visited and studied geological fields and made reports in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra while pursuing my graduation and post-graduation.
I have done 1 year project/work in Hydrogeology for ACWADAM, INDIA during B.Sc. and have published a report of Purandare area near Pune.
I have completed 1 month certificate/report in Wellbore Stability at ONGC, Ahmadabad, INDIA during M.Sc-Petroleum Technology, having an idea about mud properties.

Certificate course in Basic Electronics, from CusrowWadia Institute of Technology, Pune.
A One month computer course from NIIT, PUNE.
