Description
• Executing and maintaining program management processes for 6 Delivery Units (DU) which come under Telecom Super Delivery Unit (SDU) with strength of 1200 + resources, acting as an interface between the Delivery teams, Sales teams and the enabling functions (Finance, Quality, HR, Recruitment and others)
Responsibilities include-
o Prepare reports and MIS presentations to the Senior Management and other internal stake holders on regular and adhoc basis.
o Financial data tracking which includes revenue performance, forecasting, margin analysis and their impact @ DU and SDU level
o Resource Tracking and related forecasting for each unit
o Coordinating with recruitment team for ramp-up in Gold / Platinum accounts
o Tracking of successful deployment of new initiatives like Earned Value Management (EVM) within the various engagements in the DU
o Quality parameters tracking like CMMI deployment within the units
o Organizing training @ DU and SDU level and the related analysis
