• Production code deployments, support for production verification testing and handover to the messaging production support group.
• Production Support & Monitoring using different production support tools.
• Monitoring UK & Germany batch using Mainframe technology by submitting the job, rewriting the job if fails.
• Complete the checklists & reports using JCL’s MS Excel, & Visio for both UK & Germany countries.
• Attend bridge calls, conference calls during Issues & try to resolve it as working in Production Support team.
• Generate monthly KPI report depends on monthly work, using production support tools, MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD, MS-VISIO of 2007 version of MS.
