•    Having above 4.5 years experience in VB programming, MS Access, SQL.
•    We are a vendor of World Bank & Citibank.
•    Responsible in monitoring the day to day activities of the company.
•    Involved in Manual Testing ( Functional Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End testing & Alpha Testing) of the software Module before handing over the software to Clients.
•    Responsible in marketing our own software’s Modules (Bonded Software & CFS Software) developed in VB 6, MS Access , VB 6 & SQL 2005 for logistics purpose. Customization will be done according to the requirement of the Logistics Customers.
•    Interacting with the clients like World Bank, Cititbank,, regarding software development which we have developed for their in house operations and enhancements will be done in the software as their additional requirements.
•    Responsible for giving marketing strategy skills for our representatives for convincing the customers by selling our own product (Bonded Software & CFS Software) developed in VB & ACCESS, SQL for logistic companies (both Bonding & CFS ) and implementation of the software.
•    Organizing regular meeting during software development and make sure that we finish our software module development within the stipulated time and deliver the product to the clients in time.
Data Processing Tasks:
•    Responsible for the whole process of Data processing (Charge slip Entry & Cheque Entry)
•    Data processing consists of the following process:
(a) Data Entry
    (b) QA of Data Entry
    (c) Uploading the processed file in their specified site before the stipulated time daily without fail.
    (d) Answering queries received from Citibank through email.
    (e) Handling the RMU process (Hands-off) of the physical data with us to Writers with full        
            details so that they can retrieve the record at any time by specifying the RMU detail.
•    Interaction with Citibank officials, Chennai regarding data processing activities and responsible in uploading the processed file and answering the queries sent by the bank through emails.
System Administration Tasks:

•    Responsible in maintaining all systems which are used for all departments (Software development, Testing & Data Processing )
•    Maintaining systems according to the Citibank standards and preparing documentation according to the Citibank IS Audit terms and other system administration tasks. `
•    Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Network Server and Client Systems primarily on Windows.
•    Daily Backup.
