Description
• Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (Transportation, Customer Service, Seller Support, and Product, Operations) to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals.
• Work with operational teams to solve seller reported issues
• Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution
• Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with Product Manager for solution
• Testing the new features of the program and working with teach team to resolve any inappropriate behaviors.
• Identifying problems with the new feature launches and providing a system fix to solve them.
• Defining SOPs for new process in the program.
• Forecasting the volumes and help appropriate teams in planning the operations.
• Continuously work towards enhancing customer and seller experience.
