Managed multiple projects related to Web based application deployment for multiple clients including FI’s and Non FI’s of US. Led internal personnel and vendor teams to deliver releases on time/budget using structured project management techniques. Project budgets range to maximum of $ 1 million. 2- 15 months duration.
• Delivered the Portfolio management (PFM) Internet banking solution to biggest clients of Yodlee, while working as off-shore Project manager. Led a team for delivering the other product lines to Non-FI customers.
• Tasked with rescuing a series of releases that were crisis-driven due to lack of ADA Compliance in product. Managed to deliver such projects on time which lead to multiple sales opportunity.
• Created integrated project plans and estimations followed by project tracking. monitoring the project activities and taking corrective measures while using planning tools like Open Air and MS Project Plan.
• Worked with Sales and PS management on certain Pre-Sales offerings, proposals and converting them into SOW’s.
