Machine shifting, installation and commissioning till part trail. Attend breakdown on the shop floor, analyze the root cause, and take corrective and preventive action. Get release the m/c for PM .carry PM as per check sheet. Conduct trail and hand over. Carry out the scheduled/shut down maintenance as per plan. co-ordinate with the service people Study the manual. Prepare detailed list of spares and make reports and make entries of stores factions. Make drawings of M/C elements and develop the parts in the tool room. Suggest kaizen and execute. cost saving, improvement. , root cause analysis, why analysis, Carry out all types of precision measuring, marking and checking instrument of tool room. Job involves all maintenance work including disassemble, repair, cleaning, Adjustment, assembly, component removal/ installation, functional testing, Operational checks and trouble shooting on all injection molding hydraulics and pneumatic system, aluminizing plant .Good exposure in utility equipment (DGs, Compressors, Pump house)Overhauling of different types of gear boxes, drives, different types of centrifugal pumps, Hydraulic and Pneumatics devices like D.C. Valve, Actuator ,Etc .And all documentation work like PM planning, PM checklist, updation, spare parts inventory, spare parts planning, spare parts issue done through SAP.
