Initiated the exploration for unexplored Paleocene plays in Tapti-Daman Block, Western Offshore Basin, based on drilling results of 180 exploratory wells, 15 3D seismic volumes, envisaged a tectonic model of the basin integrating with deposition environment. Trans- tensional regime has caused half graben geometry associated with major deep-seated faults which got inverted during Mid-Miocene. Based on this model major exploration trust has been initiated.
