•    Reporting to the Managing Director & Sr. Manager Marketing, and leading a team of 3 members. 
•    Involved in Sales & Marketing of Pigments in Canada, USA, Latin American & South African markets selling to the Paint, Plastics, Printing Inks & Textile industries.
•    Managing Key Accounts Sales for top European & US customers. 
•    Chief coordinator in India for sister company having its production unit in USA and coordinating exports logistics for the Indian operation. Coordinating for all requirements of Group company in USA which involves liaison with internal functions such as marketing, technical services & supply chain.
•    Scouting for local partners, evaluate market potential by interacting with key customers along with the local representative for Stock & Sale or Direct business.

•    Monitored Set-up of business operation & provide backend support function for Pigment operation in USA, Setup Business Operations for Pigment Sales and Marketing in Company’s Sales Depot in Charlotte, USA. 
•    Developed new customers, provided stock & sale to customers in the US, Canadian & Mexican market while based in USA.
•    Handled international markets of Asia Pacific & Middle East from India and managed the Domestic Sales & Marketing (mainly in South India).

•    Scheduled Daily Production batches and controlled quality for water based / solvent based Inks & Overprint varnishes sold to Printing Presses. 
•    Provided Technical Support Service to Marketing Department and handled QC application and raw material testing.

Achievements
•    Starting as a Lab Chemist was promoted to Production Chemist within 6 months of joining the organisation.
