?    Increased Market share from 37% to 64% in Mumbai.
?    Carried out the Segmentation of Dealers & Consumers, which forms a base for giving Incentives & Discounts.
?    Appointed as TQM Facilitator at H.O. and also as an Auditor for conducting 5’S Audit in the organization.
