?    Currently associated with Jindal Steel and Power Ltd- Angul  as a Asst Manger.

 Jindal steel and power limited at Angul is set up the world first SYN GAS based DRI plant Which is     
              Operated with SYNTHESIS gas produced from COAL GASIFICATION PLANT (CGP). The Complex having 
AIR SPERATION UNITS (ASU). STEAM BOILERS AND COAL GASIFICATION UNIT (CGP), SYN GAS 
BASED DRI.    
Responsibility :  I am Involved  in engineering,  procurement , Erection and commissioning. Later looking after Maintenance activates for the plant operation. I had involved in the Air separation unit (ASU) and later SYN Gas based DRI.    Related to this some of the key instruments like Nuclear Level Transmitter and Level Switches for material detection, MASS SPEC for process gas analysis, Radar Level Transmitters- Non contact & Guided wave Probe, Ultra Sonic Level transmitter,  Magnetic Level Gauges, DP type Transmitters, Control valves of Globe , Ball, butterfly type of valves. Preparation of datasheets & specification sheets as per technology supplier documents, offer evaluations, providing Technical Queries to vendor based on vendor offer evaluation, vendor meetings for close out points instruments, giving comments on Vendor GA drawings, attending meeting for work progress report. Etc..

                 Air Liquide began as an idea for producing oxygen industrially using liquid air. Air Liquide is the world     leader in 
    gases for industry, health and the environment the Group is present in 80 countries. In India it offer Air Separation
 Units (ASU) which produces pure Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar) in liquid or Gases or both. As per 
customer requirement. They have Third party sales (EPCC) and Built On and Operation (BOO).


Responsibility :  I am Involved  in designing,  Erection and commissioning of DCS, PLC, SGS systems, analyzers for CO2, Oxygen, Hydro carbons, nitrogen, argon etc..and Cryo control valves, warm control valves, Cryo safety valves, warm safety valves, flash tanks, level gauges, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, level transmitters, flow  transmitters, pressure gauges, Differential pressure (DP) gauges, temperature gauges, transmitters, cryo temperature elements, warm temperature elements, cryo control valves, warm control valves, ON/OFF valves flow elements Etc.
Design, Erection and Commissioning of Filed instruments FF based transmitters, FF based control valves.

Responsibility :   I have involved in boilers related to Electrical and instrumentation erection and commissioning. Panel MCC and DCS panels Installation testing and commissioning, Location and installation of filed instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, control valves. Tray rooting and cable laying, Configuration of instruments, simulation and loop checking. Logic checking, part of pre startup activates. Pre commissioning and commissioning   PLC/DCS specifications, Level Sketches, instrument schedules, signal i/o schedules, utility schedules, Attending for FAT and SAT activities, Technical evaluation & preparation of comparative statements for Bid received from Vendors. Carrying out inspection at vendor work for above said BOC’s and giving dispatch clearance to the vendor.               

?    Following are my Key Responsibilities 
?    Study of P&ID’S
?    Preparation and installation of instruments for systems Such as SYN gas, Water lines, Gases line, Cryogenic services, Steam Services, Heater & burner services, Furnace system and others.
?    DCS/ESD/PLC systems - installation and commissioning.
o    FF based DCS – Yokogawa ( Centum VP) with Process Resource Management system (PRMS).
o    Emerson – Delta-V
o    Honeywell – Experion PKS 
o    Honeywell ML-200 PLC system.
?    Analysers and sample handling systems -  installation and commissioning 
o    Mass Spec – Thermo fisher.
o    Analysers - Servomax, Siemens, GE, ABB. 

?    Machine monitoring systems and Vibration system –Bentley-3500 installation and commissioning.
?    Control Valves -  Engineering, installation, checking, settings, calibration and troubleshooting as per process requirement. 
o    Globe, Butterfly, ball - segment type and other types, Gate Valves Pneumatic.
o    Make - Flow serve, Samson AG, IL , Orbinox, Dresser, Mil, Forbes Marshall, Fisher Sanmar      
?    Motor operated valves - installation, checking, settings, calibration and troubleshooting make : Auma(I), Auma – GmbH, Rotok. 
?    Transmitter Engineering, calibration, installation, setting and loop checking for Process systems. 
o    Pressure & temperature Transmitter - Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell.
o    Level Transmitter – Bubbler type, DP type, Ultrasonic, Radar (Contact & Non contact) -  E & H, Siemens, Magnetrol. 
o    Nuclear Radiation Level measurement ( Transmitter and dictator) – Berthold 
o    Flow Transmitter – DP type, Magnetic flow, coriolis mass flow meter – Rosemount.
o    Loop Checking of all field instruments and simulate by using FF and HART based field communicator – 375/475 and functional generator  
        
?    Engineering and installation of Flow elements of Orifices, Annubar, Ventury, Pitot tube, Venture. 
?     Engineering, selection and  installation Temperature elements Resistance temperature dictators ( RTD’s),             Thermo couples – K type, N type, T type. With thermo wells. 
?    Carry out beak down analysis and Preparation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action ( CAPA)  report and recommending corrective actions
?    Preparation of SOP’s and SMP’s 
?    Preparation of Preventive Maintenance (PMI) Document and its check list.
?     Identification and planning for up-gradation of the equipment to reduce down time and improve machine availability / capability
?    Knowledge of SAP for material and other portal data.  
?    Ensuring safe working environment and good housekeeping in the plant
?    Planning of jobs, making schedules, preparation of micro schedules like. 
?    Attending for FAT and SAT activities
?    Technical evaluation & preparation of comparative statements for Bid received from Vendors.
?    Correspondence with Customer / Consultant during detail engineering. 
?    Preparation of protocols for Inspection, Erection &Commissioning activities
Carrying out inspection at vendor work for above said BOC’s and giving dispatch clearance to the vendor.
