Conversant with drilling reporting systems like OpenWells;,˜DIMS, ˜EPIDORIS etc.
Familiar with various aspects of well design.
Can prepare detailed drilling program and end of well report incorporating lessons learned and suggesting ways to reduce NPT/Operations cost.Can prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity report for Asset team/Management/Joint Venture Partners
Can prepare technical specifications for purchase of drilling materials such as Drill Pipe, Heavy weight drill pipe, Drill collar, Bit, Casing, Casing centraliser, External casing packer, Liner hanger equipment, Well heads etc.
Experience of preparing tender specifications for Directional drilling services, Casing exit services for re-entry wells, Coring services, Cementing services, Drilling and fishing equipment rental services etc.
Can carry out technical and commercial evaluation of Bids for supply of materials and services.
Can prepare detailed well-cost estimates.
Can process invoices for materials and contract services.
Experiences of carrying out techno-commercial studies for performance enhancing rig equipment like Centrifuge, Top drive etc.
Working knowledge of drilling engineering and reporting software presently in use in the industry.
Good working skills on Microsoft Office packages.
Fluency in English.
Ability to interact effectively with a multidisciplinary peer group and work with people of diverse culture and ethnicity.
