- Regularly update Admiralty Charts as per Notices to Mariners received fromtheUKHO (United Kingdom Hydrographic Office) and maintains them up todate.
- Responsible to handle the Folio of all the vessels of companies that are under Elcome’sFolioManagement System viaChartCo.
- Interacting with SME customers in critical issues, and troubleshootingonline.
- Multitasking and understanding workflow management to efficiently handlemultiplerequests.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone calls andemails.
- Handle the Charts and Publications sales to Elcome’s overseasbranches.
- Dispatch customer orders via courier or companytransportation.
- Handle the walk-in cash Clients for Charts andPublications.
- Maintain proper stock of charts and publications shipmentsreceived.
- Creating and developing strategies and plans for effective management ofaccounts.
- Multitasking and understanding workflow management to efficiently handlemultiplerequests.
