Role: Contract management of a DWDM and GOFNMS project with respective contract value of Rs. 1,280 Cr and Rs. 2,685 Cr.

• Responsible for managing & handling contractual issues in projects under operation.

Role: 

Pre-Tender Activity:

• Interpretation of Contract terms & conditions [GCC, SCC, CC, PC, ITB]. Preparing Contract administration document and Contract review documents, identifying risks and deviations and awareness to sales team. Vetting of Tender, Agreement, PO, WO, MSA, NDA, ¬MOU, Indemnity, Undertakings, LC, Guarantees [EMD, ABG, PBG and CG] as per Company policy and norms.

The power plant will consist of One number of 48 TPH AFBC (Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion) boiler, with super heater outlet steam parameters of 66 kg/cm² (g) and 485 deg C, at the outlet of MSSV and One (1) number of single bleed cum condensing turbo generator of 10 MW. Project Value: 65.0 Crore.
