Total Experience: 5 years.
CURRENT PROFILE:
Day-to-Day Duty
- Quality of both mechanized and manual mine faces of bauxite mine and correlate them with borehole results.
- Coordinate with mining team to understand running mine faces and estimate average grade and tonnage.
- Check the ROM quality and work with laboratory for analysis, keep records of exploration results, mine face analysis and ROM results.
- Quality control at crushing/screening site of bauxite mine.
- Continuously check the type of feed bauxite different fines and lumps generated and analyze the final product to be transported.
- Discussion with consultant and mining team optimize pre-crushing and post crushing screen material for dispatch.
- Keep and maintain all data of sample analysis, mine production, loading unloading and final dispatch material to railway siding to beneficiation plant.
- Coordination with mining team and mining contractor for smooth running of mine production as per business plan.
- Drilling and blasting design and operation and optimization.
- Plnning with SURPAC software.
