Job Description
• Responsible for the management of the In-house clinic, all medical related matters and
health wellness programs.
• Provide first aid treatment for emergency cases at the factory.
• Manage medicine inventory and facilities at the clinic.
• To issue simple medications to employees for minor health complaints within the jurisdiction of an industrial nurse with SRN qualification.
• Manage in-plant clinic stoking and ordering of medicine, ensuring first Aid kits for the plant are well stocked-up and accessible to employees for the issuance of simple medication.
• Medical leave administration to verify and approve sick leave.
• Participate in safety committee, ERT and represent HR health matters related to the requirement for ISO.
• Handle HSE administration matters and other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Reporting of accident or incidents and maintaining records for investigation purpose, data collection and communicating findings.
• As a safety committee member representing the workers.
• Communicate area of HSE concern to the management.
• Provide information, advice and instruction to management and contractors in all aspects of safety, health and environmental issues.
• Additional duties and/or any other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Description
• To oversee and manned the industrial clinic.

• Implementation of Drug and Alcohol Free Program by conducting primary screening of employees through D&A test and liaise with certification and accredited laboratory for confirmation of positive results and maintaining records of D&A test done.
• Reporting of accident or incidents and maintaining records for investigation purposes, data collection and communication findings.
• Prepare monthly LTI/LTA report, health and medical report, KPI & Hygiene Inspection report to client / company HSE Department.
• Hygiene inspection / site inspection and health monitoring.

Job Description
• Responsible for supervision of personnel for compliance to safety requirement at work site, i.e. compliance to PPE and various safe working procedure and also manage interface with other work parties in the same workplace.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety talk and attend weekly HSE meetings with client, and routine safety walkabout.
• Ensure that occupational safety and health policies are cascaded to and observed by personnel under supervision.
• Assist with the review and implementation of Job Safety Analysis & Permit to Work and audit work being performed.
• Review and analyze near miss incidents and first aid cases and making proactive and corrective action recommendations.
• Supervise routine inspection of on-site tools & equipment such as gas cylinders & hoses, rigging tools & electrical cables, firefighting and safety equipment.
• To implement safety programs that promote occupational safety and health protection, i.e. UC- UA, HSE Day.
• Assist to organize HSE related trainings and attend in-house training such as fire watcher and working at height.
