Functional Area: Key Responsibility

• Planning and monitoring of warehouse day to day operation and ensuring smooth supply against demand.
• Maintaining and monitoring of inventory level periodically.
• Putting effort to achieve Zero Variance in stock (System v/s Physical) with proactive approach.
• Ensure safe handling, allocation and storage of materials.
• Preservation of hazardous material as per industrial safety norms.
• Ensure material & vendor bill reconciliation.
• Ensure and monitoring of in-time GRN and PO.
• Projection and finalization of transportation demand & contract.
• Material movement for outdoor repairing (ODR) and job work through RGP.
• Performing periodic audits to strengthen and improve systems for contentious improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Periodic proper disposal of scrap material & hazardous chemical (expired) as per HSE policy & standards through certified vendor and ensure he meets statutory compliances.
• Inventory control through fast, slow and non-moving (F-S-N) items.
• Maintain ABC classification, S, FIFO and LIFO.
• Procurement for DLP spare, ER & Consumable materials & engineering tools,
• Creating Purchase order (PO) and GRN of receipt Materials and tools in Maximo & SAP.
• Manage all Materials movements (Consignment, DLP spare, ER, Consumables, tools, Instrumentation)
• Maintains minimum spare at nominated depot as per contractual requirements.
• Transferring the material to inter depots according to the requirement.
• Daily issued material to engineers for train as well as rotating & non-rotating on the issued slip and job card.
• Responsibility for packing of items sending for supplier & different deport.
• Responsibilities for inventory control & Tracking monitor Inventory levels in warehouse & store activities for all items (DLP spare, ER & Consumable, tools) require for trains physically on monthly and weekly basis and physically tally with MAXIMO & SAP.
• Parts will be identified through “TRAINMATE” If parts are unknown.
• Co-ordination with team person & our other deport for their Requirements’.
• Responsible for handling Transporters and warranty management.
• Maintain location of all items as per receiving and define the batch consumable & spare of items.
• Make the report on daily, weekly, & monthly basis like stock statement, stock status, and receipt issued report Warranty parts & retrofit parts & damage reports.
• Co-ordination with QC, production, A/C, And Purchase Departments.
• Knowledge and Responsible for materials handling equipment’s (Hand trolley fork lifters, scissor lifter, heavy cranes) checking weekly basics and preparing maintenance service time to time.
• Daily maintain different types of engineering tools and their condition and calibration.

Preparation of details wooden scrap, Material Scrap, empty bags, un-Serviceable material, Faulty tools and hazardous waste for write off and send to H.O for approval etc.

1. Daily reporting to top management about day wise activity like Stock statement, and daily issued material and received NCR material etc.
