WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
ce incharge and cooperate with maintenance party and follow their instruction. My designation as a mechanic and my responsibility to maintain and repaire all machinary which is use at my work place every day like I have check oil level of rig engine,pump engine,mud mump lubrication system ,allission of both engine like pump engine and rig engine,rotary pto,dual gear box oil,travelling block oil, and also check all transmission power joint nut and bolt and safety pin(quarter pin),brake system like crown-o-matik and floor-o-matik emergency break system also check casing rope dead end nut bolt,i have also check slip die and there nut bolt,my responsibility to change all leakage seal like mud pump plunger seal,Kelly seal and other all seal.
I have also time to time gressing for all gressing point and which time drawworks break shoe is not properlly working so that time my responsibility to change break shoe,i have also knowledge about how to change casing rope and slip and cut casing rope,how to change b.o.p. ram and also my responsibility to maintain accumulator proper pressure,my responsibility to check all valve working properly and which valve is not properly working so i have repaire it,before well subdue i have check b.o.p pipe ram and blind ram with baker pump at surface.
My responsibility to maintain oil level for all engine,allission,dual gear box,rotary p.t.o.,genetaror,travelling block,Kelly,rotary table,mud pump.My responsibity to check and maintain oil level of barrel and diseal stock
I have also knowledge about how to change Tilting ram, Rig engine and my responsibility to maintain and repaire all rig equipment and also Rig. Release time my main work to handle mass down related all work and packed rig and go to new location.
My responsibility to working under P.P.E. and follow my senior person instruction means O.N.G.C Maintenan
My responsibility for my mechanic follow my all instruction like fill up diseal,top up oil,cleaning rig carrier and maintenance and servicing time follow my all instruction.
