- Work as a Rig Mechanic in John Energy Ltd. from March to April Under Ongc Project.
- Work as a Rig Mechanic in Focus Energy Ltd. from August to December .
- Work as a Rig Mechanic Helper in Focus Energy Ltd. from August to August .
Focus Energy Limited is an independent Oil and Gas Exploration and Production
company with blocks in India. Focus Energy also work to explore and develop on land
and off-shore oil and gas properties in India known as "RJ-ON/",“RJ-ONN-/”,
“GK-ON/” aGK-O "CB-OSN-/"– encompassing a total area of square km.
- RESPONSIBILITIES : As (Rig Mechanic)
- Responsible in planning the routine and maintainance schedule for all type of rotating equipment in rig site.
- Carried out the routine and maintainance activities of all engine & equipment in the rig site.
- Make schedule for preventive maintainance work of mechanical, rotary and statics equipments as per the manufacture recommendation.
- Periodically check up & over hauling work as per company and manufacture schedule.
- Attending break down and shut down works of mechanical, rotary and drilling equipment at drill site.
- Dismantling of all rig equipment for transportation to next location and re assembling works at new location.
- Planning in advance for requirement of spares, material submission for major. Overhauling of mechanical equipment and same to concerned with rig incharge, tool pusher of company.
- Safety and house keeping proper care operation of rig equipment.
- Carrying out records and documentation for general maintainance, operation, repairs are kept accurate & updated.
- Having work experience on Rig ZJLDB(HP) VFD Rig, ZJLC(HP), ZJLC(HP) and are rigs are fully mechanical rigs(kelly drive), Now except ZJ()HP TESCO TOP DRIVE.
