Description
- Production Planning and Control: - Evaluate all feasible SKU combinations based on volume projections, Prepare shift wise-SKU wise production plan, and Production planning and material requirement for semi finished materials (Seasoning and Topping) as per FDIS.
- Production Execution :- Share the SKU wise shift plan with team ( Unit Head ), Inputs on manpower deployment to team based on shift plan , Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of M, Resolve production related issues with respect to resource constraints, technological constraints, machine usage etc. Manages production staff to attain production and quality goals.
- Plant Performance Evaluation :- Record of SBL ( big loss ) for every machine , Labour Productivity, Service Level, Line Achievement, through KPI,
Compile daily plant performance reports on weekly basis, Evaluate plant performance against defined standards on monthly basis, Identify variations and highlight the same to management every week
