- Instrument Handling: Agilent HPLC & Waters HPLC,LCMS, GC, Spectro photometer, MAP Packaging, Vacuum Packaging,
- Method Validation by HPLC:
- Sesamol, Sesamin and Sesamolin, Gallates in Oil category Vitamin C in Fruit juice Products, and Coumarin in Spices.
- Analysis Parameter: Sample preparation for determination of Vitamin ADE, Vitamin C Antioxidant, Preservatives, Oryzanol, Coumarin, Total Aflatoxins, and Capsaicin etc. in different food products.
- Responsibility:
- Responsible for the analysis and reports of various parameters in food, oil & fats by High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC (Waters Empower .)
- Responsible for preparing requests for purchase of standards (CRM), chemicals, glass wares and inspection/clearance of chemicals and reagents received in laboratory.
- Supervising and training team of scientists and trainees for regular sample preparation, analysis and new method development through HPLC.
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of documents related to NABL, SOP preparation and Method Validation Records (MVRs) as per ISO: .
