New Product Development (Successfully have launched Fruit yoghurt and Juices in Dubai Market, Successfully Launched Paneer (Soft Cheese) with New Coagulant in India
Sound Knowledge in executing pilot and plant trials and product start-ups
Maintaining the laboratory expenses and product recipe expenses within the budgeted Limit
Production Planning and Control as per targets
Ensure Production schedule, manufacturing order are adhered as per purchase order.
Maintain Stocks of Raw Materials, Packing Material, Finished products and semi- finished products
