Aug. - Present: Reputed Company- Abu Dhabi, UAE Senior Hr & Administrative Officer (Employee Relations & Logistics)

 

•     Process documents such as Trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic, and Ministry of finance, Customs, Court and Traffic Department.

•     Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, and Embassies.

•     Renew, update and maintain continuity of company registration at all government departments such as (MOF-MOL-ADPGHQ-ADM-ADWEA-ADTCA-MOPW-MOD-CMW - CICPA- NCEMA).

•     Obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel.

•     Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.

•     Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.

•     Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, and new bank account openings for new staff.

•     Reviews  and  reports  on  the  service  of  employees;  investigates  and  reports  on  disciplinary charges    against    employees;    investigates    other    related    matters    such    as    employee grievances, reductions in office and makes reports thereon.

•     Prepare and submit security gate pass application for company manpower, vehicles and equipment for CICPA/Oil & Gas projects. .

•     Coordination with governmental & Semi-governmental bodies/clients such as ADNOC & its subsidiaries to obtain Letter of Assistance (LOA) mandatory to operate company projects.

•     Provide company subcontractors with necessary support, documents and Letter of Assistance

(LOA) to facilitate their operations within company projects.

•     Facilitate requirements of Temporary Work Permits and assist subcontractors in obtaining the

same to enable their entry into company projects.

•     Coordinate   with   Industrial/ME&I   Departments   to   facilitate   requirements   of   site   visits

& estimation   visits   for   new   potential   projects   in   liaison   with   entities   such   as   Gasco, Takreer, ADMA, ADCO, Transco, Petrofac and others.

•     Prepare and coordinate approvals from Traffic Department (Vehicle Rent Department).

•     Assist in all general inquiries concerning security permits.

•     Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, liquor license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that services are provided as required.

•     Issue  Purchase  orders  using  SAP  system  for  the  logistic  items  needed  in  both  of  Head

office (Stationary, hotels Reservation, air tickets, hiring cars...)and Worker’s camps (drinking water and sewage   tanks,   trash   removal…)And   coordinate   with   purchase   department   to ensure on-time delivery.

•     Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.

•     Providing comprehensive information to senior management about the procedures of entering

Oil  & Gas fields’ projects

•     Providing senior management with annual/biennial cost reports/summary sheets.

 

 

Oct.–Aug.: Arabian Construction Company - Abu Dhabi, UAE Administration Manager in Strategic Water Storage / Recovery Project in

Liwa - Western Region

 

•     Registering the company with Projects Administrations for clients in Western

Region.( Gasco, Adco, Municipality, DOT, etc…)

•     Follow project needs and materials and verifying all invoices

•     Finalizing Public relations issues with various ministries, municipalities, Etisalat, ADDC, etc...

•     Requesting and following-up NOC’s for construction works from DOT, Gasco, Adco, etc...

•     Handle project petty cash and preparing a monthly summary for it.

•     Renewing visas and making medical tests for our project employees

•     Arranging business trips needs for our staff outside UAE i.e. visas, hotels, flights.

•     Providing accommodation for staff i.e. hotels and flats and camps for labors.
