  • To completely take care of all the duties as Store Manager, especially to be more cautious about inflow and outflow of goods.
  • Check invoices against receiving record and compare them with purchase order and purchase request, and to ensure that all invoices are stamped and signed.

        Responsibilities –

  • Coordinating with Accounts team and preparing backup for clearing the Invoices (Onshore/Offshore) based on Cost Code.
  • Advising the Accounts Team for claiming the Reimbursable Expenses as per the Contract.
  • Checking the invoices prior to submittal and ensure necessary supporting paperwork for Mobilization, OT & Business Travel PARs etc. was provided to the client.
  • Verifying the Weekly Man Hour Report for Invoicing.
  • Responding to the Client Queries based on the Monthly Invoices.
