  • Monitoring & implementing preventive Maintenance schedule for the fleet of by team of technicians: Of staff assigned cars, refrigerated vans, refrigerated midhuals, shop fridges, cooling units at manufacturers’ prescribed time intervals with correct specified methods & lubes & etc.,

 

  • Risk Assessment: As continuous improvement process in the work place & residential places, risk involvement will be assessed & proactively action will be initiated to avoid the future unwanted incidents.

  • Logistic control and ordering: Monitoring on monthly spare parts requirement and ordering on the basis of requirement. Getting three to four quotations before ordering. Maintaining the spare parts control according to the monthly budget requirement.

 

  • Test & Troubleshoot vehicle like Toyota, Isuzu, Mazda, Ford: Got good exposure on testing and diagnosis of the trouble shooting of the vehicle.

 

  • Communicate with dealers for service and requirements: Dealing with the spare parts suppliers regarding the spare parts requirement and for the competitive prices, dealing for warranty issues with the suppliers.

 

  • Reporting Monthly reports: Monthly reports like monthly service report of sales van, cooling unit, shop fridge, breakdown report, accident report, fuel consumption, maintenance cost has to report every end of the month.

 

  • Reporting to Regional fleet manager.

 

  1. From May to April: As Service Advisor in Shreenath Hyundai, Mumbai, India.

  • Handling customer complaint: Taking a trail with customer, check their complaint on the vehicle, informing the customer about the complaint, giving information about the reason for failure, advising the customer about the kind of job which should be under gone in his car. Informing him the estimate for the job which has to be done. Taking proper approval while replacing the new parts, taking final trail with customer, explaining about the job done in his vehicle.

 

  • Promoting accessories sales: Achieving the month budget target through marketing the accessories like stereo fitting, Teflon coating, M coating, and Decarbonization etc.

 

  • Achieving the monthly labour target: By handling more service cars per day and the major work repair the cost of the labour goes up and I was achieving the target before third week of the month.

 

  • Preparing the service bills: All the service and accident repair bills are prepared by the respective service advisor for their cars, according to the job card the labour and the spare parts bill is prepared.

 

  • After service follow-up: Service follow up calls will be done after the three days of the service of car, we will call the customer and check about his car performance and his opinion about the service.
