  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

        As a Coordinator:

  • Responsible to arrange best facilities for workforce & field supporting and report to Construction/Site Manager during construction.
  • Supervision of Stores, following up for ordered materials.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinating with Manpower, Contractor’s representative, other sub-contractors/vendors.
  • Distribution of Manpower to site & report to Construction/Site Manager
  • Assist Business Services Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections
  • Keep informing to Site Supervisors for upcoming assignment.
  • Visiting the site randomly to ensure commitment of workforce, i.e Quality, target & Safety of work.
  • Monitoring of work progress & report to Construction Manager with highlighted drawings.
  • Solving if any issue with Manpower.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses

 

As a Coordinator & Secretary:

  • Coordinating logistics matters with Client, Contractors, vendors & Suppliers.
  • Controlling the Drivers & ensure best transport facilities at site.
  • Custom related activities.
  • Ensure all equipment’s are working properly at site
  • Managing of storage area inside/outside of site
  • Controlling & managing daily/weekly/monthly equipment allocation to each work and report to the management

  • Responsible for maintenance & decoration of camp whenever required & report to the management.

  • Ensure & tracking with document controllers that all drawings & documents are available with update Revision
