Job Profile- Purchase Executive, Import Executive, Operation Executive & Supply Chain Executive.

Purchase:

  • Placing the Order, Follow up with them for stock readiness & Availability.
  • Status Update on Order
  • Seek Conformation on Delivery Status
  • Work with the payment requisition team to reconciliation of Invoices.
  • Work with the payment requisition team to resolve issue pertaining to PO’s
  • Update the preferred supplier list with addition/deletion of Vendors
  • Update the price list of Vendor’s

Import Executive:

  • Send Enquiries to Freight Forwarder, & Request for the Quotation.
  • Maintain all the Import Document & create the Import pipeline on a daily Basis in Excel Sheets.
  • Follow with the bank for payment & Documentation along with other acceptance letter related to Import
  • Co-ordinate with the freight Forwarder to arrange for the pickup of the Shipment.
  • Co-ordinate with CHA for arrival of Vessel, Clearance of material, filling of bill of Entry, Verification of Bill of Entry & Custom Duty Payments of that Consignment via ICE Gate or DEPB License
  • Co-ordinate with transporter for dispatch of material to the warehouse.
  • Arrange for the payment to the Freight Forwarder and CHA as well.
  • Visiting to the Site Checking the Material Physically.
