As Accountant & Cashier - Finance & Accounts Department (-)
Duties and responsibilities :
Prepares Ports Disbursements Accounts, general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
Prepares payments of accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
.
Follow up with the bank SBI, BOB, HDFC, BOI for obtaining demand draft / pay order & Bank statements.
As Cashier
Duties and responsibilities
Procedure for Petty Cash Payments and Cash Receipt Transaction
Preparation of employees daily petty cash outstanding Advance daily or Monthly Statement.
Coordinating with bank for Collecting office petty Cash & Port agents for ship.
Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.
Receives funds from employees, disburses funds, and records monetary transactions in business establishment.
Assistant Share Department - (-)
Duties and responsibilities :
Maintaining records of share transfer received by the company & forwarding the same to Registrars MCS Ltd by preparing a list for further processing.
Maintaining records of change of address & bank details received by the company and forwarding the same to Registrars MCS Ltd
Follow up with the bank SBI,BOB,HDFC,BOI for obtaining demand draft / pay order against the unpaid dividend warrants received for revalidation & issue of duplicate dividend warrants.
Coordinating with Registrars MCS Ltd for solving share related complaints from share holder
Data punching of dividend paid/unpaid for reconciliation & Mailing share certificate & Maintaining the dispatch records.
