The task are mainly the same: DST jobs, rigless jobs, inline test jobs and EPF stations, lead the crew and work with the client in different jobs, maintain the equipment, analyse the risk, get all the documentation necessary for the perfect job.

I was working on Haradh project which was to run surface well test, SMS

equipment and a team of people.

The project is an exploration rigless site, this site had more than zones, we provided the client with almost all the equipments we rigged up, pressure test up to k psi,with fresh water, maintained the failed equipments and took the meter factor for the liquid measurements device before we started the flow  then get the correct programme from the client.

The equipment we were using are k psi upstream choke manifold, k psi from secondary choke manifold as listed k psi SSV, k psi Expandable choke, k psi choke manifold, k psi sand catcher, k psi sand filter, k psi secondary choke manifold, k psi Tee piece, k psi or psi Three phase separator, surge tank and gauge tank for storage and to obtain meter factor, transfer pump.

The project conduct with all the operations starting from Wireline perforation, frac operation, slick line operation and coil tubing operation, our operation consist to clean up the well from any propant and gel pumped by

the Frac through the sacrificial line using the N lifting with coil tubing, then through the SMS then Three phase separator.

Under broad direction, performs some of the functions of a PDC or Service Coordinator (in addition to responsibilities as a Service Specialist for the Surface Well Testing product service line) on a location or project of insufficient size to warrant a full-time PDC or Service Coordinator.

Almost we were working with all the operations on the site.

I was working for BP Khazan project on Oman doing the surface well test & SMS operations for each zone with exploration rigless site.

Interacts with customers and supervises the activities of completions service and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements. May oversee the activities of more than one PSL. Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction for long-term growth and profitability of incumbent&#;s area of responsibility (geographic area or a project).

I was working for Sonatrach project in Sahara of Algeria doing surface well test with k psi equipment, we were working on rig with rigging up wellhead, coflex, choke manifold, and separator, the jobs were explorations and productions. The duration of the jobs was between to weeks.

Also regarding that we were on the same department with UBD, I was doing some jobs as a supervisor or well site supervisor on UBD operations. Dealing with the client as perform the program with the engineer of UBD.

Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensures compliance with all applicable HSE procedures and regulations in his area of responsibility. Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.

Testing Schlumberger Company.

I joint Schlumberger on as a trainee for D&M for one year, then transferred to surface well testing, within months of trainee I performed courses of well testing and TDA, then started doing the jobs for international companies as Repsol, BP, Statoil, FCP, BG, Conoco Philips, Anadarco, Agip and Sonatrach in the desert of Algeria as field specialist (Supervisor) with temporary DST. Some of them are Rigless without flowhead and conflex to production line other are with Rig so we are using a k psi or k psi equipment as flowhead, conflex, data header, choke manifold, three phase separator , oil and gas manifold with gauge tank.
