A well-developed career commencing with a sound training in practical and design skills enhanced with over years past industrial experience in the petro-chemical and  oil and gas industries both onshore, offshore &  cross country pipeline projects & shutdown jobs.

1. Responsible for manage and oversee all processes of engineering personnel supporting piping spools, structural pipe supports, internal inspection(NDT) activities in connection with fabricated spool release (FSR) for further NDT and painting activities.
2. Conversant with material specifications including all grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, GRE, RTR, Duplex, Cu-Ni, standards,codes of practice.(ASME B. and ASME Sec IX )
3. Estimation-Read and review the scope of work and calculate the man power & resources requirement and establish, obtaining approval for budget to execute the project.
4. Managed to submit lifting plans, method statements and coordinate the QC team for submission of ITP and other required project documents. Site mobilization, Manpower & equipment forecast Initial infrastructure establishment

1. Wide experience in incoming material inspection, In-Process inspection, final testing of fabrication, Blasting & Painting of structures, performs Dimensional, Torque, Alignment & Bearing of crane girders & Bolted Structures.
2. Having hands on working experience in  co-ordination with permit to work system(PTW) Inspection(NDT team, scaffolding crew, Job distribution, Resource allocation, organize, motivate, guide the  project crew to achieve the task within a stipulated period..
3. Responsible for co-ordination, progress monitoring, supervision &, preparation of week look ahead schedule to meet the work and test packages requirements to ensure maximum productivity, quality and safety.
4. Responsible for the fabrication, installation, mechanical completion and testing of piping systems, preparation works for shutdown jobs on piping and static equipment, adequate pipe supports and associated mechanical and pre-com activities for handover to client
5. Coordinating with onsite and offsite contractors and addressing their engineering queries
6. Preparation of field engineering documentation works such as Site Engineering Queries, Technical Queries, Field notes, Site Instructions, Concession requests, MTO take off etc.
7. Preparation of work packs / job cards containing description of the task, man hours to complete the task, risk assessments piping isometrics, piping general arrangements, pipe support details, P&IDs and material take off lists.
8. Preparing piping isometrics taken from the piping general arrangement drawings in conjunction with the P&IDs complete with a full material list for fabrication and erection.
9. Preparation of piping hydro test work packs / job cards,description of the task, man hours to complete the task, risk assessments, marked up P&IDs and isometrics showing the test limits.
10. Responsible for assigning duties to sub ordinates,
11. Co-ordination to feed the materials/consumables to performing team to complete tha tasks.
12. Involved in minimizing wastage of materials, consumable and effective utilization of manpower and resources.
13. Responsible to monitor by improving productivity, quality and safety
14. Responsible to maintain team leadership to achieve look ahead schedule on fabrication and  involved in preparation of the associated documentation works  and daily progress report
15. Erection &Installation of equipment packages like skid mounted- lube oil console, compressor air dryer, deluge skid, chemical dossier, desalination water, LP flare, blower package
16. Package equipment: Verify all shipped loose items installed in accordance with vendor requirement. Loose supplied piping spools air blown, cleaned and installed with correct gaskets, confirm all skid piping and supports are installed and secured as per requirement
17. Worked with vendors, SULZER for installation of column internals, S&T for Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, BENSLEY EOT cranes & FLOW SERVE Pumps, Nuo Pignone.

Shutdown experience – Fahahil Stripping Plant ‘ (Employer: Black cat) Replacement of Vessels, Erection of Equipment structures. Executed third tier of new pipe rack steel with existing rack columns with Zero LTI at High HS atmosphere in Dukhan- Qatar Petroleum

Shutdown experience- QAFAC ‘ – Qatar (Employer: QCON)-

Replacement of old tubes in Reformer.- Erection of new tubes ( &frac;” dia- Incoloy) and No’s Sub headers (” dia- C.S).Replacement Spring Hanger supports, Heat Exchanger tubes in convection chamber. Co- ordinate with vendors and plant inspector for alloy steel welding and dehydrogenation, Internal inspection of vessel , Heat exchanger inspection, hydro jetting , Piping work

• Before S/D: To read and review the scope of work by understanding the work orders, plant modification requests and to verify the location at site and ensures the tagging are in place. Review material requisitions and check the material status and advise the material shortage
• During S/D: To coordinate with vendor for effective execution of work packs, monitoring and review the daily work progress and report to QAFAC Authority.
