Role:

 

  • Lead the team for total account of Tata Steel & Group of companies for their e-auction /assistance procurement platform starting from Vendor development, Requirement analysis, RFQ preparation & Floating, Evaluation of offer, Co-ordination with global suppliers , Release of PO till assistance of generation of good receipt note (GRN) at IM section/ware house
  • Manage existing set of clients and ensure achievement of targets KPIs across different service verticals viz. strategic sourcing, e-Sourcing & e Selling with the help of dedicated team of client relationship managers

Role:

 

  • Responsible for managing All Procurement & Contractual Activities for Materials & Services.
  • Develop contractual guidelines and support in the procurement of services as per concerned Central/State government/Client procurement procedures and spearhead the design, planning and implementation of all project procurement
  • Co-ordination of the preparation and issuance of solicitation documents and advertisements of Bid documents, issuances of Bid documents to the prospective bidders and receiving bids, attendance at public bid opening as well as providing clarifications where necessary.
