- Overall Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily inspect and Monitor the Site to Ensure Preventive Action & Corrective Action has Taken
- Ensure all Activities to be covered by Permit to work System with supporting all documents.
- Ensuring the Daily Tool Box Meeting Conducted before Start Work on Job Site.
- Prepare report on Accident / Incident and Near Miss on occurrence and provide statistical information to upper management.
- Advise and instruct on various Safety Related Topics (High Noise level, lifting and Critical Lifting Hazards, Confined space Entry procedure, Work at height, Isolation Procedure Mechanical and Electrical ETC.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
- Conduct Gas Test in Confined Space for Oxygen Level and the Presence of Any Hazardous Gases.
- Reviews and monitors issue of PPE for employees on site.
- Record and investigate Near Miss /incident to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims.
- Handling and Storage of different Types Chemicals through MSDS.
- Reporting Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition and Recommended Disciplinary Action.
- Conduct or Participate in Weakly Walk Through Required by Client.
- Conduct Task Risk Assessment or Job Safety Analysis and enforce preventative measures.
- Conduct Safety Orientation to Ensure Safety Training Awareness of Company.
- Ensure project adherence and compliance to Toolbox meeting and other HSSE communications
- Manage, prepare and monitor compliance to Risk assessment/Job Safety Analysis
- Inspection of fire-fighting equipment and systems
- Review the effectiveness of Emergency response plan including drills
- Ensure compliance to the minimum standards for welfare facilities
- Ensuring compliance to Permit to Work requirements including competency and certification of Saudi ARAMCO Work Permit Receivers of the project
- Conduct Exercise Emergency to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
- Providing and Awareness Health Safety & Environment Publicity Programs On the Site.
