Main Responsibilities:

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Managing consulting projects of varying size and scope, including preparation and management of project plans, contracts, and budgets. This includes managing projects in terms of Resources, Risk, Quality, Time, Cost, Communication and Stakeholders management.
  • Leading and technically supporting the consulting team; in order to ensure on-time execution of key deliverables, balancing the fulfilment of team goals with the professional growth and satisfaction of individuals
  • Leading business development and proposal efforts, including project scoping, proposal approach, staffing plans and pricing for opportunities of varying sizes and scopes.
  • Leading management consulting team and reviewing their work before being submitted to the clients.

Technical responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the quality of deliverable documents including proposals, business assessments and recommendations, business process analysis and workflow documentation.
  • Developing different management systems based on internationally approved standards (such as ISO and ISO ) and/or generally accepted business practices.

  • Process enhancement and re-engineering. This includes workflow re-design as well as waste elimination in different types of operations.
  • Managing projects based on internationally well-known project management practices; including projects initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control as well as projects closing. 
  • Facilitating strategic planning for many organizations through helping in creating visions, missions, goals and objectives for many companies. As well as helping these companies in setting detailed actions plans to achieve their strategic goals. This is done on different organizational setting(s) and different organizational levels.
  • Monitoring and evaluating systems that aim at translating the organizational visions and strategies into a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators “KPIs” and action measures that helps organizations in keeping their plans on track.
  • Developing feasibility study reports; in order to evaluate different strategic options of establishing or conducting any suggested project. This includes market, technical and financial perspectives assessment.

 

Selected Accomplishments:

  • Won strategic and highly valued consulting assignments; especially with governmental entities in Kuwait. Knowing that the company’s has not won any similar projects since the beginning of s.
  • Developed and launched new consulting services that were never provided by the company before. Besides directing marketing campaigns to promote those services in local market.
  • Managed mega projects, through technically and managerially supervising the consulting team as well as “quality controlling” deliverables before being submitted to clients. 
  • Trained and supervised both permanent and temporary staff. Created and coordinated work schedule to ensure coverage and smooth office operations.
  • Coordinated work flow among five consultants and supervised three support staff. Prioritized and delegated tasks, provided motivation and direction to create a positive work environment and ensured accurate, on-time completion. Performed ongoing market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.
  • Planned and coordinated numerous marketing and public relations events, resulting in a significant increase in new members and consistent event success.
