Duties & Responsibilities:

 

 

Ø  Responsible for the provision of overall Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and reporting of the Project progress, managing the planning process.

Ø  Accountable for managing the development and delivery of integrated plans in accordance with the project activities and milestones, setting out planning standards and guidelines, ensuring that site planners are meeting schedule and compiling the Monthly Progress Reports.

Ø  Preparing Level- & Level- Schedules as per the agreed dates during interactive planning session.

Ø  Preparing Organization chart and man-power histograms.

Ø  Preparing progress measurements and progress curves based on the man-hour estimation, deliverables, MTO and construction BOQ as per KOC Procedure.

Ø  Updating and monitoring the baseline schedules.

Ø  Leads and directs other Planning / Schedule Engineer.

Ø  Providing weeks look-ahead schedules to the Team and Clients.

Ø  Prepare planning network for the project including scheduling and cost control.

Ø  Highlighting the slippage to the team members and project leads.

Ø  Preparing catch-up schedules / recovery plans to meet the project target finish dates.

Ø  Attending weekly progress meetings.

Ø  Preparing & submitting monthly progress reports for Feed and Detail Engineering phase and Weekly progress reports for Construction phase.

Ø  Identify the potential change in the project deliverables & delays in the project and advice project lead to raise Change Notification.

Ø  Follow-up with procurement and expediting departments to get the procurement progress and delivery dates for the critical items.

Ø  Helping the sub-contracting team in Preparing Technical Bid Analysis for planning portion.

Ø  To ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration in execution.

Responsibilities

Ø  To develop all planning and scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring and reporting of project status.

Ø  To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.

Ø   To establish activity durations and sequence for specific work disciplines.

Ø    To identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences and work with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences within total project plan.

Ø   To develop quantity release or installation curves for a specific work

discipline and review quantity logs to ensure total quantities are represented for each discipline.

Ø    To assist in the development of manpower requirements for specific work disciplines and assist in resource levelling analysis to perform quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.

Ø    To determine critical path activities for work areas and / or work disciplines and monitor schedule deviations and proposes corrective action/work around solutions.

Ø    To identify and reports activities which have a critical or potential impact on schedule.

Ø    To prepare schedule, manpower, and quantity progress and performance reports

Ø  Produce detailed progress reports, productivity reports, and overall project

reports to the GM

Ø  Ensuring the effective allocation of resources across all projects to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Ø  Anticipate demands for labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges

as well as specifying the timing of the contract.

Ø  Coordinate and liaise with the project manager to ensure that the project progress is on track as per agreed timelines.

Ø  Ensure the logistics of moving resources are done effectively and efficiently.

Ø  Enhance cost effectiveness throughout projects by planning and coordinating all necessary activities in the most efficient manner.

Ø  Ensure that all safety standards are followed and plans are in place to minimize any potential for shortcomings during the construction phase.

PURPOSE

Ø  To Regulate Cash flow, Material submission log, Labor histogram and ongoing daily site progress by preparing and updating construction schedule of work monthly invoices and regular site progress site status.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ø  Updating reports using primavera software P.

Ø  Preparation of Periodical reports of work as per the company systems.

Ø  Updating and monitoring site progress status with related resources and budget

Ø  Preparing in due course, the company cash flow analysis report for management.

 

DUTIES

Ø  Prepares and updates of construction schedule of work using primavera software P.

Ø  Updates and monitors site progress status along with allotted resources and budget.

Ø  Prepare labor histogram for job site and as well as overall requirement.

Ø  Checks and Prepares of daily/weekly/monthly reports forecasting for management and clients

Ø  Checks and Prepares monthly invoice for ongoing jobs for running payments and encode the same in to the system.

Ø  Prepares company cash flow analysis (Monthly/Yearly) for management.

Ø  Updates material submission log and sub-contractors log for ongoing jobs.

Ø  Prepares Catch-up and recovery program of works for ongoing projects in case of delay
