- Operations:
Handling all day to day operations at the center.
Assisting Center Head on all major day to day activities at the training center.
Handling setup of new center pan India. Assisting on recruitment of new trainers at other centers pan India, taking online and telephonic interviews.
Training and Hand Holding of new Trainers and Executives.
Assisting on all CSR activities apart from the training center.
