                                                                       Roles/Responsibilities:

 

• Operations:

Handling all day to day operations  at the center.

Assisting Center Head on all major day to day activities at the training center.

Handling setup of new center pan India. Assisting on recruitment of new trainers at other centers pan India, taking online and telephonic interviews.

Training and Hand Holding of new Trainers and Executives.

Assisting on all CSR activities apart from the training center.

Uniforms and other necessities requirement’s in the center, stock in and out reports, asset management, medical checkup camps, blood donation camps, taking care of any other requirements at the center.

  

• Training:

TTT – (Train The Trainer) – Hand Holding and Training of new Trainers on roles and responsibilities and On Job Training.

Training students of nontechnical background in Two Wheeler servicing and maintenance.

Practical training of regular jobs done on two wheelers.

 

• Sourcing: Mobilization the candidates from various areas of the city. Visiting slums, colleges, hostels, orphanages, job fairs to reach to the candidates for convincing them to join the academy for their benefit.

 

• Placement: Placement of the students is a crucial role of the job. % placement is a mandate. Making Tie-ups and MOU’s with companies for placement.

• Understanding client’s expectations and accordingly suggesting & working on specified projects.
• Handling Day to day Operations of the workshop.
• Sales of AMC Contracts, Accessories, Break Down Assisstance Contracts to the clients.
• Handling technical team and spares department consisting of more then people across the floor.
• Placing orders as per stock in hand and requirement of the workshop, handling clients payment clearance.
• Handling staff attendance, leaves, payroll policies, recruiting new employees conducting interviews.
• General service and maintenance for all two wheelers.
• Detecting & Resolving Technical queries which other Technicians are unable to solve.
• Maintaining Customer Relationship and Promoting AMC and other Business Operations.
• Preparing bikes and scooters for rallies, raids, motocross, dirt track and off roading expeditions.
• Specializing in engine tuning and modifications to enhance performance of a specified -wheeler.
