v Project: EPC for BAB Far North CO Pilot Injection Project
Purpose: To gather necessary technical data, to assess the effectiveness of CO gas injection, in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) from BAB Thama ‘B north oil reservoir
v Project: EPC For Fabrication of Manifold Skids at ASAB Fields ( Nos.)
Purpose: Fabrication of Manifold skid structure and related Manifold piping for ASAB GRS units.
v Project: EPC for Additional Production Manifold Skids at BAB Fields ( Nos.)
Purpose: Fabrication and erection of the manifold skid structure, related Manifold piping, approach piping and extension flow line works at BAB RDS units.
Client- GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited.
v Project: IGD-E (PHASE ) PACKAGE - Onshore Pipeline & Habshan Modification
Purpose: Extinction of Habshan – plant in order to process the additional HP gas from Das Island. This plant extinction contains new NEB Slug Catcher, Overhead Compression system, new Separation and Stabilization Trains at Habshan –

Projects Involved:
Client – ONGC (Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited)
v Project: Construction of Additional Processing Unit (APU)
Purpose: Project involves Fabrication and Erection of piping spool and equipment’s for the construction of Gas Sweetening unit for ONGC gas plant.
v Project: Construction of an Aromatics Complex for OMPL
Purpose: Aromatics complex for the production of aromatic products like Para xylene & Benzene as well as other byproducts like Hydrogen, Heavy Aromatics and LPG, starting from Naphtha as a raw material. The project involves the construction nine
process units including Naphtha Hydro-Treating Unit, Continuous Catalytic
Regeneration & Platforming Unit, PAREX Unit, ISOMAR Unit etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ø Coordinate Daily activities with client, Sub contractors, company management, Co- Engineers, Supervisors.
Ø Perform Mechanical Engineering activities on projects of various sizes and complexities within the scheduled time frame.
Ø Report the daily progress to Client
Ø Prepare the Method statement for the certain activity.
Ø Preparing material requisitions and reviewing suppliers drawing and data documentations to insure compliance with respective project specification requirements.
Ø Responsibilities of handling all piping fabrication jobs.
Ø Site Engineering for pipeline construction (for ”-km ”-km ”-km).
Ø HDD for pipeline construction.
Ø Shutdown preparation and tie-in and co-related activities during shutdown
Ø Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
Ø Weekly project progress meetings with the client personnel’s.
Ø Punch list preparation and mechanical clearance.
Ø Hydro testing and mechanical clearance.
Ø Final Loop Box Up and Pre Commissioning activities.
Ø Trains workforce on all operating and maintenance procedures and standard industrial practices while carrying out construction activities.
Ø Administrative duties could include project coordination, progress reporting and other
associated activities, as well as directing and coordinating personnel within the disciplines.
