Position, Overview and Responsabilities :

• Execution of all drilling and work-over operations and programs.
• Rig move including ensure the function of any type of on-shore rigs. HP , HP , HP , SCR & VFD system.
• Worked on vaious rigs on hassi messaoud field.
• Execution of all types of fishing jobs.                                            
• Execution of all milling jobs.
• Drilling in over and under balance horizontal wells short and medum radus.
• Milling and fishing paker in under balance drilling.
• Running a / linner in under balance job pilot of Sonatrach, Enafor and Weatherford.
• Running and seating mechanical and hydraulical whip-stocks and window opening.
• Drilling of mud loss horizontal wells in under balance including N injection.
• Testing the instalation of casing and blowout prevention equipement (BOP’s).
• Ensure the Health and safety of all operational personnel and protection of the environnement.
• IADC reporting while drilling.

Role

• Demonstrate and promote safety leadership and ensure that the crew works in the safest possible manner.
• Lead and direct the crew in fulfilling their designated duties.
• Plan and conduct rig-floor and related activities so as to meet the highest applicable standard of international oilfield practice.
• Monitor and adjust the drilling parameters and take those necessary actions so as to optimize the drilling process and safeguard the integrity of the well.
• Work constructively with the Operator&#;s representative and with third party service companies so as to contribute to collaborative working relationships at the rig site.
• Take immediate remedial action in the event of an incipient or actual emergency or incident.
• Advise the Rig Manager and Operator&#;s representative of any issues as appropriate.
