DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with conventional brake and also on cyber chair (PLC/VFD).
- Conduct BOP Tests and ensure smooth drilling, work over and completion activities on the rig.
- Carry out Drilling program as per operator instructions.
- Operate and controls operation of well control equipment.
- Monitoring and follow up the condition and maintenance of the drilling equipment/environment and support machinery at all times.
- Supervise Rig-Down and Rig-Up activities and assist rig movers.
- Supervise out of the ordinary drilling operations such as ;fishing, coring and working stuck tools.
- Handle critical situations like Well-killing operation, pipe stuck and well take-over and rescue operation while Hs encounter.
- Lead, observe and guide the work performance of the drilling crew to ensure highest of safety.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- With direction from Driller safely direct rig crews in drilling and other activities, such as setting up rigs and completing/ servicing wells.
- Train new crew members for proper care and maintenance of the rig and drill string, including lubrication of equipment and housekeeping.
- Connect sections of drill pipe, using hand tools and powered wrenches and tongs. Repair or replace defective parts of machinery, such as rotary drill rigs, water trucks, air compressors, and pumps.
- Observe pressure gauge and move throttles and levers in order to control the speed of rotary tables, and to regulate pressure of tools at bottoms of boreholes.
- Maintain records of footage drilled, location and nature of strata penetrated, materials and tools used, services rendered and time required
- Start and examine operation of slush pumps in order to ensure circulation and consistency of drilling fluid or mud in well.
- Line drilled holes with pipes, and install all necessary hardware, in order to prepare new wells.
