RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASSISTANT DRILLER/ DRILLER:-
- Collect all Diagrams of BHA.
- Preparation of Kill Sheet.
- Supervision Drilling Crew.
- Supervision Drilling Equipment.
- Maintenance of Equipment and Inventory.
- Assist the Driller with Drilling Operations, including relieve the Driller, which Supervised, in Drilling ahead, making connections, etc.
- Assist in running and cementing of casing.
- Prepare BHA and Rig Floor Equipment of tripping, casing and cementing operation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Driller or Rig Superintendent.
- Organizes and direct crews for special projects.
- Assist in supervision of drill crew.
- Assist in training of drill crew.
- Maintain good communication with the Driller, Rig Superintendent and other departments.
- Assist with PMS.
