Special task: In a very perfect way to handle the GCC & MOH tenders in coordination with all dept. Heads to follow up with supplier and to complete the lot quantity. Then to finalise and close the tender in the year end with proper report and approvals.
To maintain all the warehouses update with all required certification from SFDA, MOH, ARAMCO, and Fire Dept. & Local Municipality.
To verify and maintain the daily check list of assigned work to every individual about maintaining cleanliness, temperature record sheet of warehouse, pest control, discarding expiries after management approval, fire extinguisher, proper lightening etc.
Duties and responsibility:
- Prepare work plan to ensure effective utilization of show room’s staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure that all handling Equipment’s and materials are in good working conditions
- Control, monitor and check stock level to maintain adequate supply of materials to enable completion of daily tasks.
- Assess the conditions of goods being received and ensure that they are organized properly in storage and are protected from damage, loss or theft.
- Capable of handling and transporting method from one point to point heavy equipment’s according to its sensitivity like x-ray machines, ultrasound machines, dental chairs etc.
- Establish an effective system on how to arrange products per item category.
- Supervise incoming and outgoing deliveries by means of FIFO.
- Prepare documents necessary for incoming and outgoing shipments; coordinate with the concerned shipping agents or couriers regarding shipping details, quotation charges, trading certificates, etc.
- Responsible for documentation and processing of delivery documents and ensure that all invoices match the purchase order and receipt documentation.
- Follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Schedule delivery dates.
- Record proper documentation.
- Involvement of inventory control.
- Respond to requests for pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Check with salesmen regarding ordering of medical supplies.
