Duties and Responsibilities
-Organizing, coordinating and conducting HSE educational and training courses for employees of different levels, including HSE induction.
-Coordinate with H S E Manager and Project Manager, Conduct daily safety audit, Equipment inspection and conduct work permit compliance audits.
-Act as a site safety in charge. Coordinating safety officers at different plant units as per requirement and monitoring each unit’s activities. Conduct daily inspection, review TBT, Safety precautions during hot work and cold work, confined space entry, work at height, lifting, Plant, equipments, excavations and carry out inspection of camps, firefighting equipment, breathing apparatus, rescue equipment, first aid treatment etc. Assure all the proper procedures are in place and report to HSE Manager Feedback of the same.
