2. 02.10.2013 – 20.01.2014  - PTW Coordinator ( Commissioning ) – AL –Khafji, Saudi Arabia, TECHIND Company, Project: UPGRADING HOUT ONSHORE CRUDE FACILITIES, AL – KHAFJI JOINT OPERATIONS.

•Quality checks the Permit to Work (PTW) forms submitted by the Permit Applicants to ensure they are correctly filled, all hazards have been identified and accompanying document attached.
•Review documentations (Permits, Certificates, JHA (Job Hazard Analysis), Checklist, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and Procedures) to ensure that using the Hazard Prompt identifies hazards, their controls and mitigation.
•Act as first line check for conflicting work activities, isolation boundaries and potentially hazardous operations.
•For project, check that work is within the project Work Activities Pack (SSP - Site Specific Procedure).
•Check to ensure isolation and associated boundaries, hazards control measures of the permits are maintained during work execution.
•Use the PTW Board to effectively manage work permits and its associated documents/attachment. Isolation are reflected on schematic and isolation boards.
•Maintain location-approved list of certified PTW signatories.
•Maintain Permit to Work (PTW) System documentation archives for audit trials.
•Follow up on PTW audits findings.
•To attend project SSP cascading.
•Randomly attend on-site toolbox meeting with contractors.
•To check the condition of the PTW boxes in the field.
•Site visit to areas where jobs with PTW applied to make sure all precaution stated in JHA are adhered to.

 

3. 08.02. 2013 – 09.09.2013– Sharorah, Saudi Arabia . Senior HSE Engineer – ILF Consulting Engineers Company - Project: Saudi Electrical Company,  client side. 
•Report to owner manager; 
•Reviewing and final aprove of all HSE procedures and HSE Plan;
•Carry out audit / inspections;
•Provide support and guidance on safety issues; 
•Organise and conduct meetings, Liaise with client and contractor management staff;

•Promote and improve the company Health, Safety and Environment policies.
•Responsible for proper implementation of the elements of the project HSE program.
•Achieving high level of safe work environment, this includes on site HSE training, inspections, tool box talks and proper keeping of the HSE equipment.
