Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oil Reservoir Management Engineer to join the Petroleum Engineering & Reservoir Management team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing world-class oil reservoirs using advanced technologies and innovative engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a subject matter expert in reservoir management, providing technical guidance across onshore and offshore assets. Responsibilities include developing reservoir strategies, planning data acquisition and surveillance programs, and optimizing field development to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and Net Present Value (NPV).

You will lead integrated field reviews, support drilling and workover programs, and recommend advanced well completion techniques such as horizontal and multilateral wells. The role also involves conducting reservoir engineering studies, including simulation and Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) processes, to enhance production efficiency.

Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical knowledge sharing, and stay engaged with industry advancements and professional communities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 7+ years in reservoir management
• Strong expertise in reservoir simulation, geological modeling, formation evaluation, and field development planning
• Knowledge of production/injection systems, water flooding, SCAL, PVT, and reservoir surveillance
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics is an advantage
