Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Operator Assistants in the Wireline & Perforating division. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to build a career in the oil & gas industry while working in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Under close supervision, you will assist in rigging up and rigging down surface and downhole well logging equipment at job sites. You will support operations involving electric, nuclear, sonic, and other logging tools, as well as pressure control equipment.

Your duties will include assembling downhole tools, assisting in operating logging equipment, and performing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance. You will also help conduct pre- and post-job inspections of vehicles and equipment, complete necessary documentation, and ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures, with guidance provided by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–6 months of relevant experience or 1 year in oilfield/rig operations
• Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards

Additional certifications such as Well Control Accreditation, commercial driving license, or water survival training may be required depending on location.
