Job Description

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies at the workplace. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes a strong safety culture, and minimizes risks to employees, contractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
• Monitor workplace activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and procedures.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
