Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mechanical Engineers. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their careers in engineering while contributing to innovative solutions within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Under supervision, you will support the design and development of mechanical hardware for product improvements and new innovations. You will apply engineering tools and functional specifications to create and refine designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Your responsibilities include preparing component specifications, documenting design processes, and assisting in design reviews. You will perform engineering calculations, record results in controlled systems, and compare outputs to ensure reliability and performance.

Additionally, you will help define testing objectives, evaluate test results, and ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines. You will collaborate with senior engineers and mentors to identify potential innovations and contribute to intellectual property development.

Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge of engineering design tools and calculations
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Candidates with higher qualifications or experience may be considered for advanced roles such as Associate Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
