Job Description

The HSE Instructor is responsible for delivering health, safety, and environmental training programs to employees, contractors, and clients. The role focuses on enhancing safety awareness, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building a strong safety culture through effective training and competency development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs (classroom, practical, and online).
• Conduct safety inductions, refresher training, and specialized safety courses.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records.
• Ensure all training aligns with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Stay updated on HSE regulations and best practices.
• Support incident investigations by identifying training gaps.
• Conduct drills such as fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for training needs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees on safe work practices.
