Job Description

We are seeking experienced Field Engineers to join our Measurement While Drilling (MWD) team. This role offers a dynamic offshore work environment where you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality drilling and data services, aligned with core values of safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering MWD/LWD and related drilling services at offshore rig sites. Your duties include tool preparation, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) setup, and execution of pick-up and lay-down plans.

You will manage offshore inventory, including equipment load-outs and backloads, and coordinate with gas system teams for SDL operations. Daily reporting and communication with onshore operations teams are essential to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

All activities must be conducted in strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring safe and reliable service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Offshore experience in MWD/LWD, Directional Drilling, Data Engineering, or Wireline preferred
• Experience with Halliburton MWD tools is highly desirable
• Valid offshore safety certifications
• Fluency in English (Scandinavian language is a plus)
