Job Description

• Monitor drilling operations and maintain continuous records of drilling parameters
• Collect, analyze, and interpret drilling mud and cuttings samples
• Identify lithology, formation changes, and hydrocarbon shows during drilling
• Record gas levels and other geological data and report findings to the drilling and geoscience team
• Prepare daily drilling and mud logging reports accurately and on time
• Ensure all equipment used for mud logging is calibrated, maintained, and functioning correctly
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and drilling supervisors to optimize drilling performance
• Follow company HSE policies and ensure safe field operations
• Maintain proper documentation and logs for regulatory compliance
