Job Description

We are hiring a Night Toolpusher to oversee night shift drilling operations, ensure crew safety, and maintain efficient rig performance during offshore/onshore drilling activities. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in drilling operations management.

• Supervise all night shift rig floor activities and crew performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Monitor drilling progress and equipment functionality
• Coordinate with day shift supervisors for smooth handovers
• Troubleshoot operational issues and reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate shift reports and operational records
